We are a small UK team. Email support@scaffquote.com and we aim to reply within two working days (Monday to Friday, UK time). There is no phone line yet. Data-protection requests go to privacy@scaffquote.com.
What we can help with
- Sign-in codes that did not arrive, expired, or were used already.
- A lost or replaced phone. Getting your jobs back on a new device.
- Quotes, the visualiser, rate cards, and other bugs in the app.
- Exporting or deleting your account.
- Whether an email claiming to be from ScaffQuote is genuine.
What we cannot do
ScaffQuote assists with estimating and visuals. We do not design, inspect, or sign off a scaffold. Measurements, kit lists, labour hours and photoreal images are indicative only. Not a TG20/TG30 certificate, not a structural design, and not a substitute for a competent person on site. We also cannot quote your customer’s job for you.
Lost your phone?
Your jobs live in your ScaffQuote account, not on the handset. On any new phone or browser:
- Open Sign in and enter the same email you used before.
- Enter the 6-digit code we email you.
- Your quotes, clients, photos and rate card come back with you.
If you cannot access that inbox, email support@scaffquote.com from a mailbox we can match to the account. We will not reset someone else’s account on a guess.
Add ScaffQuote to your home screen
ScaffQuote is a web app. You do not install it from the App Store or Google Play today. On the phone you actually use:
- iPhone / iPad. Open scaffquote.com in Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen. It opens full-screen like a native app.
- Android. Open scaffquote.com in Chrome → menu → Install app (or Add to Home screen).
Delete your account
Signed in: go to Settings → Delete account, and type your email to confirm. That permanently removes your account and the data we hold for it. If you cannot sign in, email support@scaffquote.com from that address. See the Privacy Policy for how long deletion takes.
